The Retreat

4 Days of Yoga

We propose a mixture of Kundalini Yoga and Yin Yoga as well as meditation and pranayama techniques to balance body mind and soul. 

Beautiful Rural Setting

The charming country house is only one hour away from Barcelona, surrounded by nature in the middle of lavender fields.

Live Music & Kirtan

This year we will have Jenny Webster with us, so some classes will be accompanied with live music to lift up our souls. 

Healthy Food & Detox

Healthy, organic, vegetarian food is an integral part of a yogic lifestyle. We will enjoy healthy homemade meals prepared with much love. This time we will cook together on Saturday evening!

Pool & Relax

The afternoons will be free to rest and relax, to resource yourself, go for a walk in the countryside or to simply enjoy the swimming pool. 

Excursions & Activities

There will be hikes, horse back riding and excursions proposed for those who would like to explore the area. Possibility to book a massage.

The Place

The charming country house is situated one hour away from Barcelona in the middle of lavender fields and surrounded by beautiful green valleys. It is the ideal setting to connect with nature and with yourself.

We will have a beautiful shala with lots of natural light, a magnificent view over the valley connected to a huge garden to practice outside as well.

Kundalini Yoga

People often call it the yoga of awareness. We’re combining dynamic physical exercises, breathing techniques, mudras, meditations, chanting and relaxation to balance body, mind and soul. Kundalini yoga it is aimed to awaken and develop our vital energy. Each Kriya – sequence of postures – is dedicated to a specific subject. Almost all the current yoga postures are present (cobra, triangle, bow, wheel, etc.) Headstands and extreme stretching poses are not part of the practice.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. The poses apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body -  tendons, fascia, and ligaments - with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. We affect the flow of energy along the meridians and act directly on the organs and nervous system. Deep detox and revitalizing effect is noticed. Yin Yoga aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence.

Pranayama & Meditation

The way of breathing is strongly related to our life force and the joy of living. For this reason our attention is driven to a correct and profound respiration. There are numerous techniques of pranayamas -  breath control - with a countless list of benefits.

Meditation is often related to sit still without thinking. Since it is quite difficult to stop the thoughts on demand we use words, mantras and other techniques to focalise our attention and calm our minds. Meditation helps to change our brain waves, clears our minds and promotes general well-beeing.

Yoga has popped into my life unexpectedly, and it has stayed ever since. In my first Kundalini Yoga class, I felt something change deep inside of me and I just kept doing it the next day, and so on and so on. 

Born and raised in Argentina I moved to Barcelona 10 years ago. Ever since, I´ve been practicing and  teaching yoga. I am grateful to share this transforming and healing technique which I consider a real treasure on this journey through life.

I was formed as a teacher with Hargobind Singh and then also started practicing and learning other styles, such as Yin Yoga, which I consider a perfect complementary technique to Kundalini.

Having practiced many different styles of yoga for the past 20 years my first Kundalini yoga class was love at first sight. Something has happened and was the beginning of this exciting journey. 

I was born and raised in Germany, lived in Barcelona for a third of my life and now in Geneva for the past 5 years. Together with my husband we are parents of two magnificent sons, our greatest teachers of all. 

Trained by Hargobind Singh I am certified by the European Yoga Alliance 500h I am actually coordinating the Teacher Training Programs of Imagine Academy in Geneva. I feel immensely grateful beeing able to retransmit what my teachers have shared with so much love.

I am Jennifer, woman, sister, strong and fragile, sweet and passionate, enthusiastic, guided by the heart, slowed down by reason, with a look of an amazed child, animated by a joy of sharing what I learned, what was transmitted to me, what I discovered, in life of co-creating, through music, arts, laughter, convinced that we can live better, together and that life is a gift. 


I am a gourmet who loves tastes, flavors, colors and connects to vegetables, nature, cycles and who want to slow down, to be here and now, to be fully.
